I have had chronic neck pain with nausea and headache. Besides, I also used to get stressed up easily. I enrolled myself with Vishwa Poornima Yoga Centre in Indiranagar. The teachers in the Centre are extremely helpful. They patiently listen to the complaints and advise basic yoga postures for holistic healing suitable to the individual. I started regularly practicing the various yoga postures and exercises as instructed backed with simple meditation techniques. I realized my body is becoming flexible and the stiffness in an around my neck and shoulder is also gradually reducing. With consistent practice my neck pain has drastically come down. Further, the meditation techniques helped me stay calm without getting stressed. Moreover, I also feel that my sleep pattern has improved significantly and am having a deeper and quality sleep.
