Class Details:

Group classes provide holistic healing as one gets a rich experience of joy, relaxation and oneness.

  1. We handle group classes in several batches.
  2. We offer flexible batch timing for our students. Students can attend any one batch/one hour in a day.
  3. We also run an extraordinary ladies’ batches
  4. The Yoga Group Class pattern consists of Breathing Exercises, Surya Namaskara, Asana, Pranayama, Loosening Exercises, Bandha, Mudra, and Kriyas, and Meditation Practices.

Special Batch:

We also run special ladies’ batches Also.
